How delivery and returns work at NaklaShop.

DELIVERY AREAS
We currently deliver across Nakla Sadar, Nakla Union, and nearby unions listed at checkout. Delivery fees and minimum order values depend on your zone and are shown before you pay.
DELIVERY TIMES
Regular orders are delivered within the time slot you choose, usually within 2–3 hours during opening hours. Fresh pre-orders are delivered the next morning between 7:00 and 10:00 AM. The cut-off for fresh pre-orders is 10:00 PM Bangladesh time.
PAYMENT
We accept cash on delivery for eligible regular orders, and manual bKash or Nagad payments. Manual payments are verified by our team; an order is confirmed only after verification. Fresh pre-orders require full advance payment.
RETURNS AND ISSUES
If something arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, tell us within 24 hours by phone or WhatsApp with your order number. We will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund after checking the item. For fresh produce, small natural weight differences are normal; our team will discuss any material shortfall with you before adjusting an order.
REFUNDS
Verified advance payments are refunded to the original bKash/Nagad number after approval. Refund timing depends on the provider and is usually 1–3 working days once processed.
