WHY PRE-ORDER?
Fresh vegetables are best when they have not spent days on a shelf. Our growers pick after orders close, then pack for the morning run. You pay upfront so the farmer and our team can plan the harvest.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Add fresh pre-order items to your cart before 10:00 PM Bangladesh time. 2. Pay the full amount via bKash or Nagad. Cash on delivery is not available for fresh pre-orders. 3. We verify the payment and confirm your order. 4. The next morning we harvest, pack and deliver between 7:00 and 10:00 AM.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
Weather can affect availability. If we cannot fulfil an item, we will contact you first. You can accept a substitution, remove the item, or cancel the affected order for a refund. We do not substitute without your agreement.
CANCELLATIONS
Because harvesting starts early, please call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once the order has been prepared, cancellation may not be possible. Verified advance payments for cancelled orders are refunded under our refund policy.
DELIVERY
Fresh pre-orders are delivered separately from regular grocery orders. If you need both, place them as two separate checkouts.
