ORDERS AND PRICING
Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and shown at checkout. We validate prices, promotions, delivery fees, and stock on our servers. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you before making a substitution. Orders are not confirmed until our team accepts them or, for advance payments, verifies your payment.
FRESH PRE-ORDERS
Fresh pre-orders close at the published cut-off. They require full advance payment and are delivered in the morning window. Natural variation in size and weight may occur; we will contact you if there is a meaningful difference.
ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Do not share OTPs or payment PINs with anyone. We will never ask for your bKash/Nagad PIN.
ABUSE
We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or exploitative of promotions, and may suspend accounts involved in repeated abuse.
LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order, to the extent permitted by applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
