Pre-order
The fine print, in plain words
- • Pre-orders are a separate basket from regular groceries; mixing the two in one order is not allowed.
- • Cash on delivery is disabled for fresh pre-orders. Pay online through NaklaPay at checkout; the gateway confirms the exact amount automatically.
- • Natural weight differences may occur for loose produce. We will contact you before any material adjustment or substitution.
- • If we cannot fulfil an item, you may choose a substitution or a refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment number after approval.
- • The cut-off time is decided by our server in Asia/Dhaka time, not by your device clock.
Pre-orders are confirmed after bKash/Nagad payment verification. We harvest only after your order is confirmed, so cut-offs are strict.
